Community & National Network

No Teacher Should Stand Alone.

NTCI is building a four-level educator network — national, state, district and school community — so that professional support is never more than a chapter away.

Proposed Structure

Four Levels. One Connected Profession.

Each level has defined responsibilities, published role descriptions and transparent selection — piloted in selected regions before national expansion.

Level 1

National Council

Sets priorities, standards and national programmes; accountable to the membership.

Level 2

State & UT Chapters

Coordinate state-level programmes, consultations and educator representation.

Level 3

District Units

Run local learning circles, mentorship and member support close to schools.

Level 4

School & Local Communities

Educator communities within and across neighbouring schools.

Chapter Directory

Chapters are marked honestly: In Formation means founding members are organising; Planned means the region is on the 12-month roadmap. None are claimed active before they are.
